m2jiang is a nice guy, I've worked with him on a few smaller projects.

IMO he's an honest guy and whomever works with him, will get paid.

I don't vouch for many people.

I'm not so experienced but for the first part of the venture if you're willing to get me up to speed I'm game for it and willing to do work, invest time and money for a smaller percentage of the return.
