i am doing some research for friends who are planning to get into hosting warez. they would like some help with logistics of the project.

they dont want to invest much but time at the moment, and hence are planning to use all the free resources available that will help with such a project.

    - note: they DO NOT want their filesharing links pasted all over internet boards. this will eat into their profits. the warez is not in high demand and thus very hard to find at present.

please help with the logistics of the project:
    1) what is the best method to share these files? rapidshare etc? the files never being deleted will be a HUGE bonus. this prevents having to reupload when somebody requests the same thing 6 months down the line.
    2) what is the best way of anonymously communicating with customers. customers need to have access to a big list of available warez that is updated daily. skype/jabber with proxies?
    3) what is the best way of automating the process of uploading files from the owners computer to a file sharing site, and then giving the link with the md5/aes encryption key.
    4) in the case that somebody is using the service to download then distribute freely across the internet, the owners of this project need to clamp down. at the moment my research has gone as far as googling "multiparty encryption". any other ways of doing this? some sort of DRM-type thing for the illegal project? LOL
    6) in the case that an investigation is carried out to see who has been uploading the files to rapidshare etc, how do they protect their identities? proxy to upload to rapidshare? what proxies can be used here? TOR?
    7) any other ideas to help make this a success/easy as possible?

everything needs to be as easy as possible, both for the administors and the customers. any ideas that might help would be appreciated. anonymity and security for the owners and the customers is paramount. the use of bitcoins as a payment method is strongly being considered, to eliminate the possibility of a paper trail.

    many thanks
