It looks like my spam gravy train is coming to an end. After 4.5 months all but 1 of my inital sites has cracked down big time on spam. By crack down I mean instant uncondition deletion. Even scripts can save you there cuz when the $hit gets deleted minutes after posting you wont get traffic. Anywho, that leaves me with the one site left....

What I'm now considering is jsut outsourcing some indians to keep the admins busy even if the spam doesnt stick. $2 Indian labor = $5-10 American labor. It's gonna come out of payroll, VC, or whatever. Serves those greedy startups right who don't want to serve the greater good as Michael Moore advocates. Each of them deserves to be spammed.

Go see Capitalism a Love Story...

Spam is ducking annoying for any forum admin, atleast post a normal manual thread or stick to other less annoying methods.

Why don't you just buy Bullet Proof hosting ?

It won't get shut down and you can spam away as much as you want :)

I'm talking from a forum admin perspective here not the spammer's perspective.

Yea..stick a fork in it. The two major sites which gave me up to 2/3 of new traffic by my estimates have as of the past week clamped down BIG TIME. One of the sites apparently stopped allowing new accounts from links. Any link that does make it though is probably screened one by one. Looking at a pretty bad situation.. Lesson: Don't get too comfortable with any source of traffic.
Still have one more site that gives good traffic so it's not over.

Yea...this sucks. Deletion-topia. These admins now can remove all posts with one click. Thats worse than an IP ban. The're on all night and morning. Lockdown. traffic down 30%
