Parking page or other based on "dynamic" keywords?

I bought some sites that have organic traffic via indexing in the engines with pages that correspond to a particular keyword, each keyword having its own page (i.e. fix-your-car-cheaply.html). I have no idea what pages previously existed so I plan to create these pages on the fly by checking the raw server log (GET requests) to see which pages were attempted to be viewed but resulted in a 404 since the page didn't previously exist. I have no content for the page but I'd like to capitilze off and monetize the pre-existing organic traffic from the search engines in the meantime.

Is there such a service (parking company, affiliate program, etc) that will generate a "parked domain" look and feel to it with links on the page that can be driven based on a keyword I'd pass to them? Again, I won't know the keywords until some 404's happen and then I'll be able to create the .html page for the keyword so the 404 won't happen again on subsequent requests. Now I have a page with the keyword (no content mind you) but I need a vendor that will provide "parked domain" type content based on a keyword that I can pass to them.
