is this viable way to make money?

seems that google's SEO algorithm is ever changing

back in december people were spamming google groups to rank #1 for clickbank health products in google serach

now google groups has been hit by google and no longer ranking

now all the parasites have moved onto different websites to rank #1-3 in the search engine results

what happen when these new websites get hit by google?

it seems like constant moving from next parasite to the next as google hits them

then there are people paying for posts on news websites that are ranking in top 5 for search terms of clickbank supplements. this can work i guess but who wants to pay for posts when the parasite SEO is free or at least very low cost...

thoughts?

new ones will replace them

that's the game, yes...

those with money :)

about what??

If you're asking about the question in your title then all I can say is that people who know SEO and / or how to sell will always make money with, or without Clickbank, with or without parasites. It comes down to your skills and luck in most cases...

And yes, parasites change all the time, nowadays I think reddit is the best one, but even reddit doesn't work in all niches. In ecom niches, for example, I have seen a dozen different parasites, including Shopify, Etsy, RastaEmpire (I might have gotten the name wrong, but it's something to do with Rasta for sure), etc... Each niche has its own parasites and as long as you figure out how to place a link on that parasite you can make money

Just wondering if the people doing this actually see this as a viable long term strategy to make money

For example if you google “puravive” which is the #1 clickbank product at the moment, there are some parasites ranking in spots #1-3

These are people that are spamming this parasite and somehow 2 or 3 posts get indexed and appear at the top of google search

Once google knocks this parasite, then what?

You say new parasites will appear and people will now go to spam that

But is that something people would build a business off of, this cat and mouse game. Would you?

Thanks

It didn't work for me.
I tried LinkedIn, my accounts were taken down pretty quickly and even a couple of days at the top didn't give good results.
time/reward didn't work for me.

You tried it with clickbank and got to #1-3 in search? How many sales you got ?

The Jerusalem post asking for $800 if you want to post a nutra article on their site lol…

Wonder how much sales that makes when your article ranks to the top, so many clickbank affiliates willing to pay that much to get articles lol

If anyone is doing parasite seo like this and wants to chat, message me

Jpost looks good to me what worries me is the ROI.

Ya that’s what I’m saying

Pay $800, will you rank to the top? How many sales you will get before ranking drops

Or will you not rank to the top and it ends in a dud

It’s a risk

I notice that jpost have some posts monetize with their own amazon affiliate links

If you can automate and scale it you can make it a business as parasites will exist as long as websites exist... But yeah, for most people it's probably not a good business idea :)

Hi guys, very interesting tread. I have been in the pharma seo game for sometime and now looking to get going with some parasite website. I got access to some really good sites but not sure how the whole parasite things work. I am looking for an experienced expert who has worked on parasites for seo. I am happy to share a % of my business with the right partner. Let me know if any one interested.
