Hey guys, this is a topic that has absolutely been covered before, but I figure it can help the new guys out a bit if I explain it more.

Parasite pages are essentially using pages on authoritative domains to rank easier, faster, and higher. This is what I used to do (don't do much affiliate marketing anymore) and what people are still doing to this day to make thousands without much effort. [You can verify the validity of this post by checking the WF/other sites where this is possible, and you'll see exactly what I'm talking about.]

Remember this can be applied to any niche, but I used to do clickbank products so here was my exact process.

Step 1: Find a suitable clickbank product. This means one that is converting well, fairly new, and has a growing popularity.

Step 2: Find a potential place for your "parasite" page. I was focused on the IM "work from home" niche itself, so the WF was essentially the authority site that I could easily post content onto. I would pay for a forum thread, which I had complete control over, and just post tons of content on it, kinda like a blog optimized for an affiliate product.

Step 3: Post content (optimize the page as best as you can for search), post more content (really, more content = better rankings in my experience), optimize for conversions (I would usually use tricks like linking an image to the sales page, and the image would be a screenshot of the video sales letter with a big "play button arrow" for higher CTR).

Step 4: Spam the page as much as you want. An enormous authority site can handle the spam well -- it will rank quickly and highly, and cannot negatively effect you in any way. Since this page isn't on your domain, you're at no risk of getting a penalty. The worst that happens is your page is deranked, and you do it again.

Basically that's a simple way to get your own landing page ranked quickly and cheaply. Remember, your aff links should be included in the parasite page with a strong call-to-action.

You don't need any high-end services, back then (maybe 6 months) I was ranking pages with just GSA... yeah, a good GSA spam campaign alone can rank these sites in days. I'm sure blackhatseo has changed significantly in the past 6 months, but this process still stands... how do I know? Because some of these parasite pages are still bringing me in commissions to this day, when I haven't even looked at them in months.

I'm not sure if I explained this as clearly as possible, so let me know if you have any questions. Hopefully this will open some of the newbies' eyes to the kinda cheap/quick approach to affiliate marketing. This isn't a long-term approach, but can be good if you're new to IM.

I never spent too much time analyzing gravity, but higher gravity is normally a better sign.

Higher gravity means higher popularity around the clickbank product, I believe, so it normally means more competition but more potential earnings.

Similarly, I would add tons of content -- with all different titles (think of them as different blog posts). So you actually get a bunch of long-tails as well.

Recommend some good Parasite sites (other than web 2.0 and press release sites).

Respectfully, this is counter-intuitive. If I posted a bunch of sites they would just get spammed and be worthless.

Do some research in your own niche, it's pretty simple, and will lead to greater results than me just giving you all sites.

Hint: Look for high-authority forums in your niche where you can buy a thread, or post one and control all the content yourself (without pissing off an admin and getting banned... please don't do this at BHW).

Also look for high-authority sites that will let you post content. You'd be surprised, some sites will have profile pages where you can post content, blog posts, do follow links... and way more. Just do some searching.

The key is two things --> authority + the ability for you to create your own content on their site.

Yeah, that's exactly what I'm saying.

There are always awesome little gems to be found in every niche -- but you need to do some research.

Is this working with the last update ( 25/05 ) ?
A LOT of affiliate sites got deranked, and Google is really more strict now. So, quote me please if your sites are on TOP now! :)

Instead of pointing links directly to the parasite site, you could point them to a new domain and then make a 301 redirect. This will protect you in case the owner of the parasite sites detects the spam.

Umm, again, I'm no "authority" on SEO... but if you are trying to rank for the keyword "super ultimate IM product review" then 100% of the competition is going to be doing blackhat stuff, so there's no one that won't be getting hit.

I realize that's not a scientific answer -- but some niches are just filled with blackhat stuff, and there's nothing google can do for the time being. Kinda like how the payday loan SERPS are constantly filled with spam/blackhat stuff. (although now they're manually reviewed I believe for the top 10 spots).

Powermix -- you're right, this is a solid idea. I bet you could even just send all the links towards various link shortener services who use a 301 redirect. Maybe that could be a cool way to test out different ideas.

There are many parasites you can use web2.0 , profiles , any niche related authority site which will allow you to make a page with link. (check vip threads from hello********* )
I confirm that this shit works great.

Do you have a list of good authority websites that allow parasites?

Jesus, what is it with people asking to be spoon fed. He just gave you a great method. Try putting in a 5-10 min google search or get out of this business, it is not for you.

No... please read my response to that same question directly above your post.

Exactly, it doesn't help to give out actual websites because they'll just get overwhelmed with spam and become worthless.
