I have 4 sites and outsourced seo to 3 sites to one company, problem is that now the 3 sites have been hit with different degrees of problems form the above 3 updates, how can I recover these sites?

I have removed all spammy links according to G, I have varied anchor text 80 generic kw to 20% actual kw. All content is unique.

What can I try to boost the sites back up the SERPS?:)

How many high quality links do you have? As in high PageRank, high relevance, high authority links. You're not going to rank well just by removing spammy links - Even brand new websites have no spammy links. You need to fill your link strategy with something else instead, namely quality links that Google likes.

You can still have low quality (not spammy) links, like Squidoo links or profile links. But now you have to mix in high quality links as well, or else Google probably won't get you a good ranking.

Also, if you're working with an SEO firm that's getting your sites banned, deindexed or hit by Google, it might be time to switch to a different SEO firm.

Yes, all you need to now do is give it a bit more time for it to come back. Because you can do as much as you want, but you will still have to wait until it comes back.

you need build HQ backlinks and have good keywords diversity and you'll recover...Don't forget that spammy backlinks doesn't last forever :) I have EMD site, but haven't been hit,but 1 week later gone to nowhere don't know why and after 1 more week recovered, now i'm 1-st on google with EMD,all my competitors that had EMD gone to 2-9 pages

One thing you need to know about removing links is, it will most likely affect your ranking even after recovery.

It's just a simple analysis, you have do away with those links that use to rank you well.

My best bet was to neutralize rather than removing most of the links..

Simple answer is, you don't recover them.
