After long and careful consideration:
With a Mod's confirmation, that I may post:
my chat log files are in skype:

Users of The Black Hat World community should not do business with Panamahosting ( user id http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/members/13715-panamahosting.html )

Why, well for starters, I do business on the up and up, mostly if not all white hat. I am niched in the email side of the business. I really don't have time to waste on chasing people around to get things done. I line up a responsibility with someone, I request that it get done in a reasonable amount of time. I give my guidelines and if it's agreed, then both parties win.

My loss in dealing with panamahosting is time and some older email list that I desired cleaning, with him being able to keep the clean list for his own use and I would get a copy and a mailing done for me. ( Even old clean leads have a value to someone, heck there good for trading services ). I advised him ( and posted on this forum ) a bounce rate of 50% for these leads.

I provided said old leads ( something in the range of 30 to 50 million ) in good faith. Had to plead for some action of any sort. finally he sent me back, 2 to 3 million leads, PanamaHosting for whatever reason, figured out, that sending me some bullshit leads that he said he cleaned up ( I tested them, and they bounced at a rate of 20%, had to stop otherwise I would loose my white hat status with a few carriers ) would stop me from requesting fulfilment of the agreement.

well, I mail enough volume that I know when something was done fair or not. I got very few people to my landing page, telling me that he mailed out less than a million on his list.

long story short, panamahosting is not to be trusted. he refused to negotiated a settlement of any sort.

with this knowledge I leave you to look at the following :

and

Do yourself a favor, don't do business with this guy, he is so busy with his own stuff, that if he fulfills your stuff, you'll fell like a used bitch.

and I love karma

You reap what you sow

PanamaHosting is well known on PPI.org for crappy customer service and misleading customers. Things like selling offshore hosting that is actually in the US or delivering servers with less than agreed upon specs so it isn't much of a surprise that he screwed you over.

Sorry for your loss, man.

Yeah don't do business with anyone from panama lol.

my loss was time, not monetary ( well yes, but it's more the time since I have a family )

I just wanted to post the warning to all

this way no one will loose there time.

Yea, he scammed me out of $100 to clean my leads. I filed a complaint with PayPal and the bastard sent me a msg in Skype that was nothing more than "lol"

He knew I had just lost a job a less than a week after paying him due to massive layoffs. He still did not care about me.

Thanks for the heads up.
They are a disgrace to the hosting community.

Me, Myself are a hosting provider too, yet I always deliver what I said and write.
