I've heard that paid traffic can get you banned in adsense, but has anyone tried to get paid traffic to an article (article directory) that has links to your money site OR a facebook page (also with links to the money site) ???

    What were the results?

Assuming you mean junk traffic when you say paid traffic - sending it to a 2ndary site would be absolutely pointless as the vast majority (think 99.999%) won't ever click through to your money site, let alone click the ads on the money site.

    Well this is an oldy.

You can run "non-organic" traffic to pages such as blogger sites with adsense ads, however Google takes a larger share when using Blogger. The analytics are also set up to Googles advantage as well so it only means less for you. But, yes, creating backlinks on other websites and getting traffic through those links, that's an even harder process. It's best to just run traffic straight to your website with ppc ads, from our experience.
