Does anyone know if these platforms will approve a site if the main source of traffic is from Facebook Ads?

Also, is it possible to build good earnings through those platforms if the traffic source is Facebook rather than organic search?

No, they want organic traffic. Mediavine in particular will request access to your GSC to ensure your website's traffic meets their strict requirements.

I know for sure that Ezoic & adsense are strict with social traffic, but with proper cloaking, you can still go around it.
