PageRank Farming

Was browsing rapidshare, and stumbled on a very cool PDF. It has to do with developing and monetizing domains based solely on PR. Fantastic info from a totally different perspective- IMHO one of the better books I have read on the subject yet! Also includes proper way to link blogs, etc.

I have yet to see this anywhere else-anyone know anything about this guy?

I just read thru this and I'm wondering why he says at the end to "Never ever link to a link farm from these sites". I'm confused bc I was under the impression that these types of mini-content sites were great for use in link farms.
