This something weird I have noticed that for a some keywords even on a fresh site it will rank in top 100 on its own but for some keywords it just won't rank even in top 300.

    My guess is this:-
    1. Onpage not targeted enough so maybe increase keyword density?

    OR

    2. Needs some link love for Google to take the page seriously?

What do you guys think? How can I overpass this?

P.S Not sandboxed or anything cause other pages on the site are in top 30 for there own keywords without any link building.

What SEO work have you done or is it a vanilla site?

By vanilla if you mean just posted content then yup. The confusing part is that other pages targeting other keywords have come into top 50 but this one particular page does not want to.

I use around 0.5-1.5% keyword density and it has worked for me, so, I don't believe that it could be the keyword density.

Send some web 2.0s backlinks and wait some time.

Competition level of the keyword may be the reason.

Without knowing much I would say you're going to want to take a look at the keyword competition. Some keywords rank naturally, some require link building.

Alright it could be the KW difficulty as it is 1500 med-competitive keyword. Will build some links and see. Thanks.

That can only be weird if both these kws have the same competition level and search volume. Else, that's mostly the case.
