Ok I set out a new page call " workout "

than few category such as " workout routines " , " workout tips " sub item into this page call " Workout "

Ok so when i move my cursor to my workout , it will have drop menu from the Page workout , show workout routines , workout tips.

Now my questions is ...when I click the page Workout , it does show my categories related to workout BUT it also included other cateorgies inside my workout Page.

I check my Workout page , I select " select page custom categories " it does work what i want but..problem it will display all my other categories inside from this page call workout.

I hope some bros know what I know , sorry my english not so good....

    Home Page:
It seems to me a coding issue in your theme.

Have you tried other plugins for menus, and category? There are a bunch of them.

I saw some plugins are out dated ...

anyway I suspect is coding ..., i also email the theme support see what they tell me.

now I just put the category straight on the menu

in fact I think back .....even put category directly on the menu also no harm...just that visitors will tend to see all categories straight at the menu and your menu bar look kinda have a lot of words.

i think you mean you don't want the category button to be clickable and show everything, try this.
go to your dashboard and click menus
In the side you will see " custom links " dropdown
Click this and in the top URL section put this # and nothing else.
In the link text add the name in your case " Workout "
    Then click add to menu
now in menu drag the pages over and slightly below that
    Save your menu
Now when you click that button on your menu you will get a dropdown of the other pages only
I think this is what you mean, but i'm not sure
