PAD submission tool

Hi,
it took me all night to create a little screensaver and PAD file.
Now I dont find a programm that can submit my PAD file to a decent amount of pad directories, not without $$ registration at least.
If I see that there is any good coming from pad-backlinks, I will buy such a tool but not for my firt try.
Does anyone of you use such a tool, can recommend it and use it to distribute my pad file?
