Unless you want to pay for more data than you actually used, AVOID this service. Support ignores for days/weeks, even after provided evidence.

Issue still hasn't been resolved & no update on it provided either. Expect more complaints coming in soon, our whole sneaker community is experiencing these issues.

They still ignore me. Just tested it right now and 1 GB got deducted as 4 GB today. I'm opening a Deal Dispute on this forum. Please people, stay away from this service.

I kind of lost hope at this point, not only they not reply the emails, they also ignore people that are complaining here on the forum.

Damn, I’m not the only one, I write off 5 GB per launch, too much traffic goes nowhere, the problems are clearly on their side, I don’t even consume as much as they write off ...

They are not doing anything to fix it, just ignore people. Look at how many complaints there are from numerous people. I advise you to open a Deal Dispute, I already did, but things are moving slow, not sure why. Packetstream logs in here and doesn't respond to any of this, nor they do on email. I don't know how they're allowed to scam BHW users out in the open like this.

me & my friends have been using Packetstream for about a month now and for the most part it was working fine for the price being paid ($1 for 1 GB.).

About a week ago, the data has been finished way faster, even though we still ran the same software with no changes on it. We did several tests and what do you know, the outcome is - we use 100MB of data, and Packetstream deducts 1GB.

We tried to contact them via email, but they insist its not their fault and ours instead.

I remind you, it's not just me, but a group of 7 people that are experiencing this. I've used approx. 30 GB of data from the time I noticed this and reported it to packetstream, and they drained me of a total 300GB which makes my loss equal of 270 GB that I never got the chance to use.

Scammer alert!

Bought 1GB, tested it and used around 150MB when it stopped working. Balance shows 0 GB left. Contacted support and they said it's an issue on my end. Bought another GB, used a similar amount again (100-200MB) and the 1GB has been over. Support denies any problems on their end and blames issues on my software lol. Asked for refund, was denied.

i thought it happened only to me. Turns out some people also experienced the same thing. i bought 50gb. for a while it's normal, for the tasks I do, I spend more or less 600mb-1gb / day. but a few weeks ago with the same task suddenly the quota that was used up per day was up to 8GB. i just hope it gets back to normal. I have subscribed for about 3 months, but I have to switch to another service until the quota calculation returns to normal

Suffering from the same scamming. Been complaining to support for over a week. Support blames everything on the user. Packetstream is basically scamming in a smart way with this 'method'/'upgrade to their system'. Where are the admins of BHW looking exactly to allow such service to exist? @Don't Panic @Echo @Heiko @iModBot @Zwielicht @BassTrackerBoats

Packetstream has a open Dispute, please share your experience in it https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/scammed-by-packetstream-for-20.1466087/#post-16011262
