PA,DA or PR?What is important??

I am planning to start a private blog network..as i read through the forums i noticed that the PA and DA are important factors..So I have shortlisted some domains which have PA 40+ and DA 40+..But the thing is that some of these sites have PR1 or PR0?So what do you guys say about this?Is it good to create a private network only considers PA and DA factor alone?

If a domain has links from other high PA sources, then it gets a high PA/DA. U should go for relevancy actually. Buy only domains those names are somehow match with your broad niche.
Buy some high PA/DA domains. Some high PR domains. Keep it mixed. Actually relevancy is the most imp. thing.
If i have to create a personal network, i will be looking at relevant domains with relevant links much and other factors less.
