Owner of ******* not paying?

    Okay I finally decided to open up in this forum after being fustrated for too long and see what people can advise me what to do. As it turns out I've been working ******* network for several months now. Everything was good until things started to get a little more complicated. It turns out I'm still missing 6k payment from this network and has not been resolved in the manner i wished it to be.

    To begin with I had a JV partner working with me. Everything ran smoothly until he dissapeared without a word. At this point I was thinking my JV partner was a scammer and ran off with my money which had my 6k in his account. So I ask Vito the owner of ******* to do reverse charge to get the refund. Apparently when he did this I was told that his paypal account got frozen due to the false complaint he made to them. To me I feel Vito shouldve been aware of this but perhaps partly it was my fault?

    So Vito assured me he will chase this money down until he gets it back from paypal. While this was happening my JV partner surprisingly came back. Apparently he had a serious illness and was in hospital for a while and almost near death so couldnt blame him for what had happened. So then I informed him about the missing 6k. We decided to give paypal a call and guess what?????............they confirmed that account with the reversed charge had no issue and its not even frozen??...So whos lying here? Paypal or Vito? I found this very strange.

    Anyways my JV partner will post the paypal screen shot shortly. You will see the case had been successfully resolved and the money returned in favor of the buyer. So surely surely Vito got the the 6k during that time? So anything that happened after that shouldnt be our fault.

    From there onwards, I've been tryin to contact Vito to resolve this issue. I've sent him the screenshot as proof and told him paypal has confirmed there is nothing wrong with your paypal account and it's not even frozen!! I been messaging and emailing him daily but hardly no response and seems he doesnt want to deal with it. Its been going ongoing for months now and I wished he come out with it. If everyone after reading this tells me to drop the case i will accept it and move on but I believe that 6k should be payed to me. why?

    1) proof screen shot, successful reversed charged was made back to his account.
    2) Confirmed with paypal the Vito account is not frozen.
    3) Never replies my emails and aim. Maybe hes hiding fromm the truth? hoping it will slip away. :/

    Any advice would be appreciated.

    I'm the JV partner of OP. I've called paypal to confirm and paypal told me Vito's account is NOT frozen, paypal has no reason to lie to me. Here is the screen shots. I'm really wired why Vito said his paypal account is frozen, money is reversed and the case is closed without any problem.

    that seems a little shady that they are paying affiliates via paypal under "goods" instead of "services".

    FWIW, my buddy was there single biggest affiliate, clearing over 300+ CR offers per day. The entire CR offer went bellyup and maybe that is why he is having issues paying out affiliates.

    did you try emailing him? he usually responds pretty fast. hes been traveling alot lately as well

    Seems Vito has alot of time on Twitter but can't even answer his affiliates on urgent matter, just shows he don't wont to face facts or have the decency to resolve this matter.

    no offense, but its not really vito's responsibility to charge back if your JV partner screwed you over. regardless the fact that he did chargeback is nice of him and he should pay it. vitos usually pretty good with paying people so i wouldnt be too worried..but good luck, i hope you get paid

    No offense taken. I understand he tried to help me in the first place but the fact still remains as I stated in my opening post. I agree with you that he always paid many times but I simply can't ignore this. Just keep in mind I've been very patient about for several months.

    Sounds like you got screwed.

    Any chance you could open a dispute ticket with paypal. They will probably help you since he probably has a paypal account as well and you have evidence.

    Wow OP, that's quite a convoluted scenario you've got going on there. From my personal experience, ******* and Vito has been more than fair and has honored all agreements with me - one of the few network owners I would call a stand-up guy.

    I'm not sure it's Vito's responsibility to work out your personal business relationship issues, but I'm sure he'll work it out, I know he's been traveling a lot lately and have noticed that he's been off of AIM for the last week or so - he's usually on 24/7, so give him some time to catch up with you.

    It's amazing how often JV partners get sick, and/or in car accidents. It must be very unhealthy to be a JV partner.

    Hey guys, Vito Glazers here. I've tried to post a lengthy reply addressing all these issues here several times and the filter keeps blocking it.

    Didn't want anybody to think I was ignoring this issue. The bottom line is, I have never missed a payment including this one.

    The affiliate was paid in full and on time. After he was already paid he decided to complicate things for himself and for me.

    Even though we took losses from having that paypal frozen, all affiliates were still paid in full and on time from a new paypal account i rushed to set up.

    I have not ignored any of the affiliates emails or messages. In fact I have literally responded to every single one. He has offline messaging turned off on his mes. and only messages me between 3-6 AM. As for emails, i reply to them all and can provide screen shots if anybody cares that much. I have never dodged an issue, avoided anybody, or not paid someone. I challenge everyone making sarcastic remarks here to find a single affiliate who has not been paid for traffic with our company: not a single such affiliate exists, including this affiliate who was paid.

    I'll post more later when I can have a moderator edit my post to be able to posted. If you have any questions or comments you'd like to address to me personally, I'm easy to get ahold of.

    The most important part he didnt mention is the sucessful reversed charged he made back to his account. You can see the refund screen shot as proof. He tells me the account has been frozen due to complaint he made and cannot pay me.

    In fact I called up paypal today to see if his account was actually frozen. Well guess what?????????.....................his paypal account is still intact!! If you guys don't believe me, you can call up and you will see the truth. I simply can't ignore even though he helped me from the beginning.

    So NO up to now I have not recieved the payment.

    I am sure vit0g will come forward and explain about this, he wouldn't have done it intentionally. there must have being some mistake.
