Hey guys, hopefully you can help me out here.

There's a company in Oregon that does good work for children, which is why I'm choosing not to publicly name them at this time, but they refuse to even answer an email regarding past due commissions. They're listed here, look around for now.

They're currently almost 2 months late here. I guess what I want to know is how can I collect my earnings. I ran a total white hat PPC campaign, so I have no worries about being "discovered" or banned for no reason. I'm sure some of you guys have been in my shoes, so please help a brother out .

    Thanks.

Am I really going to have to go all lawyer on their asses?

    Mate,
Just because they are a charity does not mean that you should treat them any differently to any other client and they are running a business just not paying taxes. I would be sending them a formal letter of demand with notice that you will be forced to take recovery action. Also added leverage is that their name is their business they do not want adverse publicity so i would add that as you acted in good faith and delivered as promised that you expect same from them. If they do not agree to pay you can say that you will post your experiences with them online and that could damage their image. Also I would tell them that you will now be adding interest to outstanding amount and should you be forced to persue legal recourse they would also be liable for any additional costs incurred in recovery action. Mate just keep on their ass if they see you are serious they will pay you to go away quietly. Good Luck

    I'm a Lolwyer,

Did you have a contract? No?
Do you have prove that you send him costumers? No?
No case! But you do have to pay me 600$ for my consultation.

Well, I have the terms and conditions of the program, and my affiliate stats, so yeah I can prove those 2 things.

I dunno about paying for your consultation though... )
