I recently had a similar issue. I purchased 2 VPS from OVH.ca on 05/07/2023. After 24 hours the services had been suspended and account deleted. I remade the account using the same details 3 times as I was unable to follow up on tickets. 7 days after initial incident they reached out via email explaining that the verification/fraud team had closed the account and where unable to give a reason as of why without contacting them via phone. If you are struggling to contact them using their ticket system I would suggest contacting them via phone as you won't have to worry about being able to follow up tickets.
