What the fuck should I do?

Can we be sued for writing the trade marked keyword?

No logo is involved. That's just pure text

    Why not sue http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&source=hp&q=acm+ac+market&aq=f&aql=&aqi=g10&oq=

You can't trademark a keyword. Not to my knowledge. I went through with myself, some jackass emailing me and telling me to stop using "his" keyword...because I was beating his ass in the SERPs...

just remove that text from your website n you would be fine. I dnt think there is much to worry bout. You just used the word on your websits... its not like your whole website is based off that.

I dunno who told you that...

To my knowledge, you will have trouble trademarking a word in the english dictionary, but i believe it can still be done.

It is not the word, but how you use it. If you are implying some sort of authority by using that trademark, then you would be infringing. Kinda like the Zune debacle back in the day.

The whole idea of trademarking is to protect a specific "keyword". Common words are hard to trademark so it has to be clear what you are protecting.

@OP...your domain name doesn't have their trademark in it so all you really have to do is remove their trademarks from your page.
