I know that nowadays there are many agencies creating advertising account rental services and scams that have caused the community to develop negative feelings towards this type of agency.

This article is written to explain how advertising account rental agencies operate and to address questions that people may have about this type of business. It also explains why such a business model exists and thrives explosively. I myself used to be an affiliate marketer for WH products, and before starting this agency, I had many questions too.

  • Why do we need a service like this when we can create or buy and operate our own accounts?
  • Why are there so many of these kinds of agencies, competing fiercely?
  • Do they scam us, and how can we avoid and check for this?
  • Will this service have any bad effect to our project?

1. Why do we need a service like this when we can create or buy and operate our own accounts?
If you look into it, I believe you'll find it's akin to insurance for advertising on social media, especially BH. If you're running BH products, it's like having insurance for a cancer patient.
If your monthly advertising resource costs exceed 10%, these agencies are indeed providing a benefit. But if it's lower, using this service might not be necessary.
To be more specific, they provide resources like ads accounts, fan pages, proxies, antidetect browsers, etc. Whenever there's an issue with the provided resources (like being disabled, held, rejected), the support team will handle it for you if possible or replace it. If these teams are proactive and efficient, we'll save time compared to self-operation for sure.

2. Why do these types of services develop into many agencies and compete fiercely?
I have to admit that all of these agencies providing this type of service, including mine, originate from Vietnam. Even Meta has to acknowledge that this is a country with too many activities operating outside the law (find out tricks to pass Facebook's checks, even creating endless accounts recently—I hope FB forgives me for that haha). The teams in Vietnam create many accounts with unlimited spending capabilities (possibly through hacking or tricks... but the source of accounts is extremely abundant).
Most current agencies are essentially offspring of a parent agency, which could be former employees branching out to create their own because this model is too easy to replicate. Personally, I used to be an employee of one such agency four years ago, but I found the company's operations to be neither intelligent nor suitable for me. I got tired of apologizing to clients for silly mistakes made by the boss :) Silly boss.

3. Do they scam us? And how can we avoid and check this?
It's entirely possible. Even with our clients after over 2 years of cooperation, they still ask, "Are you scamming us with this amount?" after transferring 20k-30k via TRC20, ERC20 haha. All I can say is, don't worry, my bro, you won't find me.
Scammers are getting smarter, I know. The only way to limit and avoid them is to gradually transfer small amounts until you've seen reliability. It's time-consuming, but I believe wasting time on multiple transactions is better than losing money, right?

4. Will it negatively affect our campaigns?
You know, those agencies use a lot of tricks to bypass Facebook's rules. FB might not restrict them right away, but it will squeeze the interaction of your page or brand when advertising, making the spending cost high. So if you're running WH, don't use them. That's my sincere advice.

If it's really interesting, please comment and I will share more about this type of service!

Account rental is still the best way for me. I just need to pay fees and start my campaigns, don't have to worry about any problem. Thanks for rental agencies that i've cooperated ;)
