    Be honest.

Do you take it, lie and hide and risk a ban in not making ANY more money?

OR just have a quick chat with your AM?

They paid him. he doesn't have to ask any questions or lie about anything. What reason would he have for being banned?

It wasn't his mistake. He didn't even have to catch it. Personally over $45 I wouldn't even think about saying anything. More hassle is lame.

Don't worry about it. It's not your job to make sure your checks match your site stats.

I'm dense? It's not this guy's fucking mistake so why does he have to deal with it? If the network notices a problem they can come to talk to him. They're not going to ban him for not noticing he was overpaid a few bucks.

If it were $100+ I would tell them.

    Anything under, I wouldn't

I agree.. Though if I were to overpay one of my employees and he told me about it, I would give more respect to him.. Not to say I didn't respect him at first, just saying..

If you hold true to the saying, having a good relationship with you're AM is key. Then telling them may suit you.. Me personally, I would get in contact with them just to let them know. I wouldn't waste that much time doing this though, it is only $45, but you can only look at things like this from the networks eyes.. Sure it's their mistake, but it's also "their" money.

If it was a major amount I would let them know but for $45 just let it ride...
