Over Paid on my Subscription

I just wanted to find out who I would need to talk to about over payment on my account? Thanking any mods in advance.

How, pray tell, do you over donate?

Have you contacted the person at the other end of the email address for the paypal account? Could be a good starting point.

I spoke with a Mod, but the subscription thing was screwed up because I requested a bill for 1 year and I paid. Now it is charging me every 3 months. I cancel the subscription, but I am out of the $47. Been trying to work it for about 10 days now. Not a lot of money, but I would rather buy a bottle of Crown with the cash.
