Is there any way either keyword stuffing or over-optimization penalty can result in a site being permanently penalized, regardless of changing the content?
I've been dicking around with a site for a month and it just doesn't want to rank at all. I've altered the keyword between 0.3 - 1% with no luck. I may have stuck too many LSI terms in the articles or stuffed the meta descriptions a bit too much with LSI terms. I've changed title tags 3 times and articles about 5 times.
No matter how much I seem to alter it, it never wants to rank.
Does google ever banish a site to the shadow realm forever for this type of behavior?
