I received an email from clickB informing my that my account would be
suspended do to a complaint from a certain company, and asking me to
remove the sites that had complaints against them.

I got a reply saying "The account will be suspended until we hear back from the **** attorneys."

Has anyone else had there account suspended by ClickB?

And if so is there any hope of procuring the 2+ grand suspended in my account?

If they have proof that you violated thier ToS in anyway while promoting that offer you wont get any of that money. What exactly were you doing to get this money?

I hope you werent using the companies name in the website promoting their product's Many companies are taking legal actions against this type of thing now. They feel you are taking their traffic....

The complaint was over trademark infringement. I never used the companies name. But my landing page layout was very similar to their corporate site. ^_-

So pretty much you guys think I'm fucked?

It's also strange that some Iv'e gotten some sales since it's been suspended from my affiliate cookie still being with many leads.
Wouldn't make me so depressed if it weren't for the fact that I spent over 200$ on Adwords in creating these commissions.

I've never had my CB account suspended, but based on the infromation you provided it sounds like you'll probably never see the money unfortunetely.

    hey.
i am new to cb so can't talk from their perspective, but had a case with someone copying our site where we were selling a product; and the law (and google :)) is on the side of a person/site that is being copied, so I think you are pretty much screwed... What you did is a trade mark abuse ... after all you were trying to look like them ...
