BEWARE THESE SCAMMERS!

Paid $300 via ETH, payment cleared within minutes, no credits. Then asked support for to check.... then .... please wait 24 hours. Yeah right, you are paid, my credits not showing, now you come with all sorts of ways not to give a shait and credit my $300 sent to this place. Beware these scammers!! Proof and transaction and chat scripts available to anyone should you require

Update: Made a check with their own proxy checking software some minutes again. From 50 ports were 41!!! offline. I ordered a German IPs only proxy package but in the screenshot you can see that there is just 1!!! IP from the working ones from Germany, the rest is i.a. from Thailand, Vietnam, Romania, Kenya and so on.

I hope for RSocks that their other packages are working better. If they don't want to damage their reputation further they should take all the concerned proxy packages offline immediately, refund the customers and give them a fair compensation after they have fixed their technical problems!
I've seen over 4-5 bad reviews with not even a reply back - welp, saved me the agony if buying from you guys

in my case, I've just lost not only money but also 20 working hours on my project which turned out to be a fiasco due to technical problems and instability of rsocks services..

I trusted you too much rsocks, unfortunately I do not recommend
and its became a bad luck for me, tried 1 day service for residential proxy.. and it scks !!

Could not be more disappointed with RSocks. I bought a package a few days ago, and there has been an outage. Every day it's "we are working on it". The first day I was told "2-3 hours". Initially they were responsive, now they don't bother replying to my emails or chat messags.
We had a mass malfunction with some resident proxy packages, we are extremely sorry. The problem has already been fixed.
And if the support team has not solved your problem, please write your email in PM, we will issue a new package or refund the money

Support told me that, 1-day packages are not refundable, so..
I've purchased 6x mobile proxies packages at once hoping that they will work and that was my error then.

1-day packages are really not refundable. But if they really didn't work and you have proofs of that, then it makes this case different. Tell me your email address in PM and I'll look into this matter.
 
Used to be good, nowadays the 'Exclusive' packages are pretty much not working at all, timing out in around 75-80% of cases on a website that's <200kb with a 15 second timeout set. Problem exists for over a week. I wouldn't recommend buying the Exclusive package at all (can't comment on other services).
