Philippines. Without a doubt. I have 7 people that work for me there, one of which is my VA. She speaks flawless english... when I interviewed her over the phone, my wife thought it was just some chick I was talking to... couldnt even tell she had an accent... for $300/month full time! come on... I wouldnt go anywhere else.
