Outsourcing services?

Hi guys, just a quick question about buying services for link building.

I'm a bit confused how to use outsourced services to link build. Probably making it more complicated than it is.

Ok here goes.

Lets say that a service provider has a 500 link service, and I point them to the url of domain.com. Ok that's 500 links, so now if I use the same service for the same domain do those links count? Or do they need to be pointed to a new sub-page?

I see lots of people on here offering monthly packages but do they keep using the same bookmarking sites for my domain?

Go to the "Search" Bar located in the upper left. Type in Link Building - You'll get 13+ pages worth of results. Start reading and learning. Then take and hour or two and start doing what you just learned.

lol, thanks for that, and all of the many who PM'd me with services I don't want. I understand about link building etc... I've been manually building links for a year or so. What I don;t understand though is how a link to the SAME property will yield results, especially post panda/penguin.
