So I'm in the process of finding new clients.

My only issue is I can only work with 2 or 3 the most because I do all the link building (By hand literally) for each client.

How do I outsource link building considering there are so many people doing weird stuff. I don't want to ruin my reputation but don't want to be a laptop slave and lose my mind building backlinks for everyone.

The ideal situation would be to do on-page stuff by myself and outsource link building. Right now I'm doing both. I'm going after decent paying clients so I don't mind but my income will be limited like this.

How am I suppose to grow my business if I'm doing everything? How do you guys do it? BTW, for link building (STRICTLY WHITE HAT), besides initial citations, I build all links by myself manually. 4 or more hours daily. :(

Have you worked out the cost of your manual link building and included it the price you charge your client?
There comes a time when growing your business when you need to outsource or employ people, obviously these costs need to be incorporated in your prices.
If the cost of you building links at $10 an hour then hire a VA at $5 an hour.
Or check the marketplace and find quality providers and resell their links.

    Hi Asif,

    Thanks for your reply.

It's not just the cost of link building. It's the time I personally have to spend on them. I can' build links for more then 4 sites.

Quality providers is what I'm looking for. If you can recommend any, feel free to PM me.

Strictly white hat though please. Thx!

It might be best to start with hiring a couple of VA's, train them to do your link building then that will give you the time to focus on getting more clients.

    Hi @alrightythan,
Your best option is to outsource those tasks so you can focus on more important matters like growing your business. Hire someone through referral so you'll less likely worry about them doing anything anomalous.

If you have a real office, you don't outsource, you hire interns to work in your office, make them sign a non-compete in case they think about leaving after 6 months ,and teach them how to do it in your office.

I'd suggest writing everything you do into a spreadsheet, so whoever helps you know what strategy you follow. Then go to guru, elance or freelancer and post a job, allowing others to bid and do things per your instructions. Give them a trial run of doing like 5 posts before hiring them, so you can see whether they're doing things according to your instructions.
