There is a much better way to build quality backlinks for your site for a low price.
Make a contest for SEO as UKWW did recently for the keyword seocontest2008. One of the main requirements to participate to the contest is to have a link pointing to UKWW. The main prize of the contest is $1000. Although the main prize will be paid to the winner, but there are over 100 contestants who do the link building job. Smart, isn't it?

Have 100 SEOs working for you while you pay actually 1/100 of price.

You may study the case and do something similar.

How much would you pay a friend to outsource. I havent got my site up yet but thinking getting my friend in when it gets index. would you go for percent or cash up front. I was thinking maybe 10 percent when i start earning a profit.
