Outsourcing stuff is like the best things ever invented...
I have 4workers now working for me 6days/week -6hours/day ( that doesn't includes their 2hours break in between which I dont pay for .hahah :D )

I pay them $150/month and seems they are ok with that-at least they got a job...
What's great about that you will ask?
Well they do all the work and They bring me 6-7k/month while they do all the work.
Seriously if you have some working method then this is the best thing- to outsource it so someone else does all the job.

    TIP no1.
When you are hiring someone don't say that you want to hire him for longterm but say that you just need some work done for 1day- in that time give them the shittiest/hardest job ever possible and talk to them super rude If they finish the job good and doesn't talks back when you are calling them in all those words then say that it was just a test and offer them a daily job , if they can't perform the task and talks to you back and tells their stupid religious beliefs then seriously what's the point even offering to someone like that?

    Tip no2.
Use Teamviewer so you can see all the time their desktop and what they are doing , I have bought only for this reason 4X Msi Wind's ( other small netbooks works just as well ;) ) and In each screen I can see what they are actually doing and if they aren't doing something wrong/just wasting time -Seriously this is the best investment ever to improve their work performance!

I hired mine workers at getafreelancer.com , if you got any questions feel free to ask ;)

Obviously without revealing your method as I'm sure you want to keep that to yourself, what type of work did you outsource?

Article writing / seo / CL posting etc

I like the idea of hiring people to do work for you, however I can't help but strongly disagree with your first tip. If someone was abusing and giving me the hardest jobs for minimum wage, I'd probably go nuts, abuse them back and never want to work for them again. I see what you're trying to get at, but there is no need to abuse them as a test!

Trust me It weeds off all the slackers who just want's to ''try and quits everything in halfway ''.
After implanting this step in recruiting I was able to find serious workers to whom I can rely to way more faster and didn't need to waste my time with others!
You are not going to be like that to them after that , but it's a must for a test to see what kind of persons they are- no point working with pussy's!

It has nothing to do with "pussies". What if they're just shy or not social?

Nice going. I plan on doing the same once I accumulate a few months of funds.

Silly question possibly, but is it $150 between them or each? :)

    No point either then!
that's why you are doing it in first place anyways...

If you will hire just about anyone you will end up wasting half of your time/money with them!

What an outstanding idea and the teamviewer is the key component.

I can make serious bank doing this... serious.

You have just given me the opportunity grow my lousy 12K monthly income to real money.

Someone buy this guy a beer.

Also, without meaning to hijack your thread, I'd like to add something useful as I was once sent on a training course about dealing with Indian outsourced workers and one thing in particular has rung true in my dealings with them time and time again:

Tip 3) Indian people are very proud and so if you ask them a question where saying no will make them look bad (in their opinion) such as "can you do this?", they will often say "yes", even if they can't.

Best to ask questions in a slightly different format, such as "have you ever done this before?".

Sounds like a small difference, but it allows them to save face whilst being completely honest and it'll save you alot of time waiting for them to deliver things they can't, trust me.

How do you get round TV's annoying habit of cutting you off every 10 minutes? Have you bought 4 licences?

Great to point this out. I second this too as they are very much like this. You've got to be careful. Some people understand how to communicate. My other business partner can't do it at all.

To all of you I recommend "the 4 hour work week" by tim ferris, okay - old skool - you've probably read it! But if not, it's got some gems in!

    Well if you're on 6-7k a month then that's no problem ;)

Any rough guideline of the niche?
