    Yeah, as the title says...

If I want an ebook report to be written with about 10 pages of content, what is the market rate to pay?
And it doesn't necessary has to be words, it can be recipes, images, .etc.

You get what you pay for with content writing. It doesn't matter what the product is going to be. Outsourcing to an Indian writer for $.005 per word will likely yield you a pile of garbage. Outsourcing to an established writer for $.10 per word may be a little overkill. Just determine your budget and go find a writer that will do the work for that price.

10$/100 words is definitely no overkill when it comes to skilled/professional copywriters mate.

And as said, it does depend. You can get good quality ebooks written by the article suppliers on BHW as well I'd imagine. Try and PM a few of them for price quotes.

Yeah, I was just using that as an example to illustrate the point. Price per word can definitely reach DOLLARS for a talented writer.
