Okay I'm sure for those who actually search this forum know what outsourcing is ? Basically you hire people to complete other peoples work for a cheaper price than the buyer is paying you... Simple eh ?

Well when I first started IM I had a little scheme going where I went on getafreelancer.com and scriptlance.com and put up a few ads on different accounts, to make use of the free post :D These ads said that I want to hire article writers for 1.25$ - 1.50$ per 500 - 700 words. Including other information like payment via paypal bla bla copyscape bla... also I had included that samples must be posted.

Once I chose the best few article writers like 5 of them. I went to digital point and other forums offering article for around 2.30$ to 3.00$ so if you charge 3$ you would be making around 1.75$ per article. What I did is built up some rep and got around 100 orders a day and used to make around 150$ daily.

But do note this is hard work and requires you to check each and every article trough copyscape and for spelling mistakes and grammar. But at the end its worth it. Hope this helped the noobs who want to get into outsourcing.

Note: Outsourcing could be used for many other things, be original lets say Bob wants a website and has a budget of 300 Euros and you know Rob who could it for 100 Euros you tell Bob you will do it, send 100 Euros to Rob Send the site to Bob, pick up 300 Euros and you just made 200 Euros Profit. Its so damn simple and easy to make money by outsourcing, you just gotta be creating and if you don't manage seriously stop IM.

I've also been doing this for some weeks now, but with big projects, such as web design and programming, I went to some freelancing company, browsed the high paying requests for web designing for example, then went to another freelance company and posted a job about it with a smaller budget, obviously the profit was cashed in by me.

But the thing about this method, at least from my experience, is that you have in most cases to actually chat with your buyer and your freelancer, and because in some cases you don't understand some features of the job in detail, you have to be able to chat with both at the same time and be able to relay the sync of information, for instance, you've been hired to code an application, your hirer asks a question to which you don't know the correct answer, you have to be able to take that answer as quickly as possible from the person you hired to do the job.

It can become a little complicated in some circumstances, but it is a very good method indeed, I've been making some $100 a week with this, mainly because I only relay some 1 or 2 jobs a week cause I'm looking into other stuff.

    But nice share ;)

Thanks for renewing my interest in this...I even learned something new...trying out GAF right now. Looks like people are writing on there for a measly $0.002/word!

You could try to upload the articles on AC for upfront payment and see what happens. Can you not get another DP account?

    Thanks for the share mate.

this is basic business, buy cheap sell expensive. its what businesses do and get away with everyday.

To do it properly you do really need to understand the subject. Programming for example you need to know some basic programming and understand the job requirements 99%

a company I worked for paid a company with nice brochures and salesman £150'000 UK for a website with a fancy database backend. I estimated the same site would have cost £3000 UK if outsourced to india/russia etc.
