Straight up, I screwed the pooch on this approval process. Not sure if it was due to a communication error but clearly I'll put the error on my shoulders. @Crazy Backlinks Builder was super professional during the entire process even though he and I did not connect due to a tech issue and perhaps a language issue.
Yet he remained well above professional and that speaks volumes as to who he is and what kind of business person he is.
I'm quite impressed.
