Outgoing email server

Hey guys I have a question.

I am with a hostgator reseller acct right now and am in need of better email service.

I need to be able to send unlimited emails per hour(around 1000+)

Hostgator only allows 500 per hour.

If I upgrade to dedicated its $180 per month

Do I have any other cheaper options?

No one knows of any cheap smtp services?

im using goddady b4.
