I am curious, in my search for trying to get the true scope of all my sites back links, I have come across a section that always refers to the outbound links the site is hosting.
Is this a very important bit of information for me to think of?
Does the number of outbound links a site that you have a back link of affect rank in any way?

Yes, the more outbound links the page has the less boost you'll get. If there are more than 200 just forget about it.
