Well i haven't used sites like tinyurl or anyothers that much so i can't say for sure but i have used notlong.c0m a few times and they have worked fine for me

I made one that allows you to create up to 500 short URLs to one long URL in one shot. It could come in handy if you're putting lots of vids up on YouTube, or some other website that easily bans the same URL.
