By far the best thing you can do when you're mentally tired is meditate; you'll feel so much more peaceful afterwards, and it will help you assimilate what you've been working on much faster!

I watch a comedy movie or a tv show. Preferably Seinfeld, immoral people running around doing bad things and getting bashed by bad people for doing bad things, now that's a comedy.
You understand you can't stick with both right? Porn makes one agitated, anxious and angry. Hence, meditation won't be possible to do.

I go on terrace and walk in moonlight/sunlight and think about future and good a memories of past that's childhood. I don't know why moonlight makes me feel good and charged.
