For those of you experienced in ORM how much would you charge for your service?

The price is not fixed. When you are starting, you have to give better prices than others.

Online Reputation Management is diverse and covers many areas. It can range from deleting a review on Google to improving the first five pages of Google search results. The price depends on the job and can start at $500 and go up into the tens of thousands.

For example, the most I ever charged was $48k to clean up a politician's sexual allegations from the first page of Google search results. However, a big part of that money is used to pay big publications like Forbes, Entrepreneur, etc.

The price depends on the complexity. You need to have salesman Skills. Educate your client so you can get good price .Else they like you to do everything FREE.. and the dangerous part in Reputation management. If you are unable to suppress the bad link the client want a refund. This has happened with me. So i beaware you.

So, they paid you to suppress a link, but you couldn't pull it off. Now they have requested a refund. I mean, what were you thinking was going to happen?

the client is sincere with their work not what we do for them. So a bad client left bad google map review and fb review plus money refunded. i know alot of low experienced people leave reputation management work. When they meet bad clients.

We charge $3.5k/month, $42k/year to do all-around reputation management on Facebook for medium to large companies.
If you don't have that much budget, we also provide the automation product for you to do it yourself. This is also what many small businesses would choose.
But as you can imagine, many of them actually use the FB automation tool to distribute content and generate leads LOL
