Original photos for product reviews!

Hi there,
I had the idea that I could take screenshots from youtube videos where they are doing hands-on reviews of the products I am reviewing. Why do this? to have some original photos of the products (in the eyes of Google).

Is this considered illegal? and if so, are there any solutions to get original photos and pass the algorithm ?
