I'm wondering if its possible to rank high on a keyword like "Work At Home" Not much place on page to o SEO just with optin page

Hello mate!
You have to explain the problem properly.
If you want increase the ranking of your site then you shouldn't have to use keywords like "Work at Home". You have to use keywords according to your site. It will be helpful to you.

just with opt in page!
it is probably impossible to rank for any keyword.
Google ranks good content!
You have to add some articles to your site to rank!

You don't try to rank optin pages. You drive traffic to optin pages.
