Optin forms, mailing lists & autoresponders

So I am just looking for advice from anyone with a suggestion
I have a multisite setup where people subscribe and I give them a site with a lot of tools to create capture pages & mailing list and post to facebook and that sort of thing.

What I need is a wordpress plugin(s) so my clients can create a form to put on their capture pages, the form sends an autoresponse message, then the leads are saved to mailing lists where I need mailer/newsletter plugin so they can send messages to these lists they are creating.

I have tried a few and some are buggy, some are difficult for the newbie users to learn which ends up in too many support tickets to respond to.

Any suggestions on plugins to use where all this can be done from their wordpress admin?

I would like to upgrade what I am using to something better that is easy to use.

I guess its not easy to setup and tie everything together or maybe I should just let them use a service like mailchimp?

Well just my suggestion, I would have them sign up for a free account at mail chimp to start and then hook it up to a plugin that just specializes in opt-in forms. I've used a couple different paid opt-in form plugins, the one I tend to use the most is Thrive Leads, high quality stuff in my opinion.
Thrive also has a good affiliate program as far as I know so you could also hook that up on your personal resources page. Good luck!
