Hello,

I did facebook campaign. When i did the campaign cost for 1 impression was about 0.03 ct .
I just made a litle update(remove one of my 94 cities) and cost for 1 impression is now 0.20 ct.

I dont know why

Thank you for the help

The cost increased because removing a city reduced your audience size, leading to higher competition; try expanding targeting to lower costs.

The increase in cost per impression could be due to reduced audience size, less targeting precision or increased competition in the remaining city, leading to higher bid costs.

It sounds like removing one of your cities may have narrowed your target audience, which can sometimes increase the competition and cost per impression. Try expanding your audience or adjusting your bidding strategy to bring costs down.

Even small changes in targeting can affect how Facebook’s ad auction behaves. Removing one city may have reduced your total audience size, causing your ads to compete more aggressively for impressions, which often results in higher CPM.

You could try adding the city back or slightly expanding your targeting and letting the campaign run for some time. Comparing results after a stable learning period should give a clearer picture of whether the CPM increase is temporary or driven by competition.
