I would have mentioned it if I really wanted it. I have adsense for over 8 years, that's not the problem. What I need is, anyone who wants to contribute and have their amount of share that they would like to have on the agreed terms.

If I got you correctly, are you looking for people to contribute hindi song lyrics for your website? Well, anybody can copy/paste it from another website, right? Do you want to get that type of work done? It's not clear from your post what sort of contribution you are looking for or maybe, I am missing something here.
