So I had some issues logging in Twitch on an older version of Firefox, and in my research I stumbled on Palemoon and decided to install it because it supports a key Firefox extension that I need. The Palemoon version I installed is 1 year old. The Firefox version I use is 4 years old.
Well so I installed it and Palemoon feels really smooth. I needed an extension for it and for some reason when I found it on the Palemoon extensions site, I couldn't install it. So I just dragged and dropped the one I use on Firefox, and it got installed and working fine.
And then I tried logging into Twitch, and it worked.
Then I did a googlefuck and apparently Palemoon... well... google says:
"Pale Moon is faster than Firefox, uses less memory and is compatible with many -- but far from all -- extensions and add-ons that are a big part of Firefox's personality."
I'm thinking of giving Palemoon a shot for some of the work I do. Of course there's a million things that could go wrong, and any one of them could make me abandon it, but may be worth a shot.
So what do you guys think about Palemoon?
