Opinions on my site price?

In simple terms, the average website for sale at FE International is sold for 2-3x annual net profit(24-36 months). More specifically, we use “seller discretionary income” instead of net profit which takes into account (by “adding back”) costs that are not required to run the business but may have been used by the owner for personal benefit (such as a company car). Some internet businesses are worth more than this, others are worth less. A good website broker should be able to provide an accurate valuation based on their experience of previous sales, analysis of your business and expertise in its particular niche. There is no such thing as a standard industry multiple, nor is there an automated way to calculate a valuation.

Where can I advertise my website for sale?
If your website makes less than $1k a month, we recommend that you sell your website yourself through a market place such as Flippa or Digital Point. You can also try Warrior Forum which also has a websites for sale section.

If your website is making between $1k-$500k a month we recommend that you work with a website broker. A broker can provide support, guidance and invaluable expertise maximising the value of your business in preparation for a sale.
