What do you mean by a clickbank site? Do you mean an affiliate site for a vendors product on clickbank, or do you mean selling a site with its own unique product?

Having your own product to sell is always going to be better to flip then an affiliate site. Plus with my experience just buy listing a site on click bank I'll end up with 50 affiliates.

I would also stay away from start up sites for clickbank at the mo, they just aint selling like they used too.

My advice to you is to create a unique product, list in on clickbank, get some affiliates and make some sales. Then sell it on flippa. Your get much more for your site that way.

    Hope that helps

Clickbank sites are still one of the consistent earners for me. Definitely a heads up.
