Just what the title says. I have been looking through all of the seo services here on BHW and they all look decent, some pretty expensive.... some less expensive.

Now i don't mind paying for a more expensive service... but i DO NOT have the money to waste on any service that just kind of works. I'm also a newb to seo so i am not exactly sure what is best for me.

I have seen many people say that tiered link building is the way to go... i have seen others say that seo is almost dead.

SEO being dead obviously can't be true.... but i need to know that what i pay for will give me a return.

So i am asking all of you.... What is the best seo service you can pay for on BHW, in your opinion?

    I'm new as well...

As much as I would like to know the answers and reviews of others services, I'm taking the approach to learn to do it myself... here's why:

    - Once I'm ready to outsource the work, I'll be better prepared to not get ripped off for things I won't need.
    - I'll know what kind of SEO is relevant to different projects.
    - I'll be able to know who knows what they're talking about, so they don't get my pages de-indexed (which happens a lot)
    - And of course to save money.

SEO is most certainly not dead.

The best services is where you get diversity of links and not a bunch of stupid directories or spam blogs. It is all about getting links in a generic way from quality and top domains operating in the same niche as yours. I personally don't build links to improve rankings in fact i do to improve direct traffic rate. After all, Google has penguinized so many things and it may be coming up with several other killing algo changes in future so i don't rely on Google anymore. However, It is still an important mean to drive traffic but Internet isn't just about Google!.

Here are a few posts that you can go through and equipped yourself with some questions you can ask from a SEO before hiring.

Whom will you side with if you get replies like My service "worked" after panda update from 100s of service providers or from their buddies?

It's all about content and on-site SEO atm. Generally though, buy some edu links and contextual links from High PR blog networks which should gain DA/PA for your site. I believe both of those services are offered by our Moderator BigBuddy.

These replies are getting way off topic.

Please.... instead of trying to lightly belittle my question... try to be more helpful by answering the question.

If none of you have actually used any BHW seo services, and have little or no constructive comments... Just move on please.

Why do so many people in im want everything as easy as possible? I spend 1000's on different sites and seo, but some just want it handed on a plate. To be perfectly honest, what works for one site does not work for another. The best thing you can do is try and test. Trying and testing is the most important thing in im. Something which you cannot gain by wanting to be spoon fed everything.

How is asking a simple question for other peoples opinions, "wanting to be spoon fed"?

    You are really rude sir.

I admitted from the start that i was a newb to seo and i simply asked for opinions, then i asked very politely to please move on and not post in this thread if you have nothing constructive to say, yet you still take the time to type up a small paragraph about wanting everything handed to me.

You know nothing about me and i resent those comments. Please go be unhelpful in another thread to someone more deserving.

Do you honestly think by the answers you may get, you will be any the wiser' between the self promos and the clueless peoples answers. As I said, this is something you need to try and test, not ask.

Here is your answer IT DEPENDS! It depends on a number of factors from social signals, number of links per day, type of links and quality of links. It even depends on the competition for your keyword(s) and depends on the quality of your content and on site SEO. In short no one can say that X is the only service you will need to rank 1st. To outsource SEO first you must understand SEO and plan it out.

When I first started out as a noob, I contacted sellers (like BigBuddy) and they actually gave me advice on whether I would need their service. I hung around in black and white SEO sub sections and planned it out. My first few sites flopped (bad keyword research) but eventually I found something that worked and it has been my main source of income for a long time.

Frankly I could tell you to go and use the drip feed system or Bear's Network but that would only help you short term if you don't have a clue what you are doing. You certainly wont make enough in the long run to justify the expense.

I guess that really depends on people actually trying to help like Uppa839 here.

His answer may not be definitive but it is genuine, and appreciated.

I am vouching here for the service in my sig, and this is no self promotion - i earn nothing from that. The difference to other services is, that the provider will analyze your current link profile and adjust a custom plan for your site. it is the only one that satisfies me for almost 4 months now.
