I use Google Chrome because it is simple and fast, and use the following extensions:

    ? Alexa Traffic Rank
? LastPass ( if you have like 10.000 accounts you need to keep in mind only 1 username and password for main program account ) . Very usefull
    ? Adblock
? Firebug Lite for Google Chrome

I use all of the browsers and for different tasks. Firefox is for SEO because of its plugin support, Chrome for Google Adsense and Affiliate programs. IE, well only because others use it, Safari to keeps tabs on the Mac crowd; all could have a purpose. I use Opera for personal use and to check pages I build because of its HTML compliancy.

I find it very useful to use more than one browser regardless what you use.

Personally, I load up Firefox with all sorts of SEO tools but I also have Opera and Chrome available when needing to use multiple accounts.

You might login to multiple social bookmarking, web 2.0, email, or other accounts on your various browsers letting you interact with these accounts without having to log out each time you switch from one to another.

So use one browser for a given functionality that's all. Using one browser for everything is so nineties! It's nice to open a browser and have all my tabs open to my Adsense campaigns for example.
