Trying to find an offshore dedicated server that has openSUSE and will allow me to mount an ISO.

Anyone offer this or know options?

Actually you would need any host that offers IPMI or KVM access, from where you can upload your ISO, and yes you can find good offshore hosts with ability to upload your own ISO via IPMI or KVM switches.

While I have no tip for you may I know why OpenSuse?

I think it is an interesting OS with probably some unique features, but it doesn't get mentioned very often
